Having purchased your property and applying for residency, you will need proof of your address by registering on the Padron with the local Town Hall. We can arrange this for you, but you will need to be present for the initial appointment at the Town Hall.

Our team and resident engineer can arrange and obtain these project licences for you, even retrospectively if the alterations have already been done and complete the necessary legalisation of the title deeds. With the prospect of the UK leaving the European Union early in 2019 our team can advise on and ensure the property is completely legal when this time comes.

When a death occurs in Spain it is normal for the funeral to be the following day or the next. All the costs have to paid immediately. Any delay incurs a further considerable cost. You may want family members to come over from your home country but is virtually impossible to arrange transport at such short notices. For this reason, we recommend a Funeral Plan which will take care of these costs and also arrange repatriation to your home country if required. Our team can advise on and arrange such a policy with our partners to suit your requirements. We can also arrange any other insurance requirements you may have.

If you own a vehicle or a property in Spain, resident or non-resident, retired, self-employed or in employment you are required to pay taxes. Our team can advise you on what is required, arrange for these taxes to be paid and arrange an appointment with our partner accountant should it be necessary.
